Information Technology Project Manager

We're looking for an IT Project Manager to join a growing Professional Services team delivering IT infrastructure projects for a variety of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-paced environments and managing multiple customer-facing projects from kickoff through completion.

• Manage multiple concurrent IT infrastructure and professional services projects.
• Own project schedules, timelines, documentation, and customer communications.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to improving delivery processes.

• 3–6 years of IT Project Management experience, ideally within an MSP, consulting, Professional Services, or infrastructure environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes are still being developed.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative with a process-driven mindset.

• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with resource planning and professional services delivery.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
