Network Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Computing: Infrastructure & Operations
Position Summary
An exciting career awaits you ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of networking and will assist the Enterprise Networking team in many ways, including delivering designs, assessments, remediation and standardization efforts, documentation creation, leading discussions and concept visualization. This position serves as a subject‑matter expert and provides guidance across the organization with minimal supervision. The role requires a proactive, communicative, and mentoring individual.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy complex network configurations for on‑premise or cloud‑based networks.
- Assist in the development of playbooks for network systems (Cloud Computing).
- Integrate new systems and tools; develop and maintain scripts to automate administrative tasks.
- Troubleshoot ZTNA and SASE based deployments, wireless infrastructure, and Azure Cloud integration.
- Monitor performance, implement tuning, and identify trends to reduce future issues.
- Adhere to network policies, standards, and SOPs, and produce how‑to documentation.
- Conduct traffic analysis and interpret utilization of network services.
- Deploy, engineer, and troubleshoot SDWAN, SASE, IP Telephony, and collaboration systems such as Cisco Call Manager and Unity.
- Analyze alternative hardware, platforms, and technologies for network infrastructure.
- Engage in discussions to develop Private SaaS, Edge Computing, and other advanced cloud capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience. Five (5) or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience with enterprise‑scale data centers, network topologies, and architectures.
- Experience with enterprise IP Telephony & UC platforms (e.g., CUCM, Unity, SIP, Contact Center).
- Deep understanding of routing, switching, QoS, traffic engineering, filtering, and tuning.
- Preferred: CCNP or equivalent certifications.

Experience deploying Azure and AWS direct connect, express routes, private links, and advanced network‑centric cloud architectures. - Preferred:
Zero Trust Networking or SASE experience. - Preferred:
Microsoft Teams Phone or other leading cloud‑based IP Telephony and Unified Communications solutions.
- Adaptability to major changes in work responsibilities or environment.
- AI fundamentals: understanding core AI concepts and applying AI to job‑relevant use cases.
