The University of the Incarnate Word is seeking a Help Desk Student Technician to provide Level 1 phone and remote IT support on the Main Campus. You will assist UIW community with hardware and software issues and document tasks in the tracking system.
Eligible applicants are current UIW students enrolled in Federal Work-Study or student employment. This role reports to the Help Desk Manager and involves walk-in and remote support, with lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
