Experience working with globally distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia. Exposure to application modernization, microservices, cloud migration, and Dev Sec Ops  initiatives within banking organizations. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.

Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity assessments. Monitor Sprint Velocity, Burndown, Release Planning, Lead Time, and other Agile KPIs. Preferred skills Support delivery of banking applications across areas such as:

Job Description Banking Domain Strong understanding of banking business processes and regulatory environments. Experience delivering applications for retail, commercial, or investment banking.
