Job Description: We are seeking a Conversational AI Data Analyst with strong Python skills to prepare, structure, and analyze customer conversation data for pre-trained intent classification models. The role focuses on data structuring, cleanup, slicing of unstructured data; bring business insights through data analysis; data story telling through visualization using Tableau or Streamlit.
Key Responsibilities:
" Ingest, clean, normalize, and structure chatbot conversation logs and user utterances into intent-ready datasets.
" Support pre-trained intent classification systems by maintaining intent taxonomy, validating labeled data, and identifying missing or overlapping intents.
" Analyze conversational data by intent, entity, user segment, channel, fallback cases, and low-confidence predictions.
" Generate insights to improve chatbot journeys, response accuracy, intent coverage, and overall conversational experience.
" Build dashboards, reports, and data stories to present trends, gaps, and recommendations to business and product teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
" Strong Python skills for data manipulation using Pandas and Num Py.

Experience with text preprocessing, data cleaning, tokenization, normalization, and data structuring.
" Working knowledge of NLU concepts, intent classification pipelines, chatbot workflows, and entity extraction basics.
" Experience analyzing conversational datasets such as chat logs, transcripts, or user utterances.
" Ability to create dashboards or reports using Tableau, Streamlit, or similar tools.
" Strong analytical thinking, communication, and data storytelling skills.
