Scrum Master 4B

Scrum Master – Located in San Antonio, TX, United States. Regular full‑time on‑site.

• Collaborate, facilitate, and lead the scrum team to overcome obstacles and achieve sprint objectives.
• Organize and facilitate sprint planning meetings.
• Facilitate daily stand‑up meetings, demos, and decision‑making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper adaptation.
• Plan and prioritize sprints/releases.
• Conduct scrum ceremonies (epic grooming, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, sprint demonstrations) according to sprint/release cadence.
• Track sprint progress and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Ensure compliance and audit accuracy of inputs on Azure Dev Boards.
• Coordinate cross‑team activities and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with team members, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor team members on Scrum principles and practices; remove impediments; continuously improve team dynamics, processes, and performance.
• Work flexible shifts including weekends as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) – Project Management Institute.

Office‑based, full‑time (day shift) in San Antonio, Texas. Los Angeles, California candidates are not eligible.

Annual base salary range: $55,000 – $68,500 USD.
