Pay Range: $20 -$28/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

1) Provide end user support on issues faced in Mobile devices ( iPhones, IPADs & Mobile Data Cards
2) Mobile Devices - Order management
3) Mobile Devices - Security Compliance
4) Vendor co-ordination
5) Telecom plan management
6) Asset Recycling Co-ordination
For Wireless Support:
- Fulfill requests for wireless feature changes, program changes, service interruptions, cellular services, 3P access requirements, transfers of billing responsibility, porting lines to other carriers, etc.
- Identifies and resolves technical issues in mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Troubleshoots network connectivity and device functionality to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of Mobile Device management, Intune
