Senior Analyst – AI and Data Overview

EY seeks a Senior Analyst in AI and Data within the Service Delivery Center. The role may be based in Texas (primary) or Florida.

• System Support (L2 & L3)
  • Handle incident management tickets escalated from L1, performing diagnostics and troubleshooting, addressing system alerts, and managing service requests related to user access, permissions, and configuration.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and advanced configurations for critical incidents.
  • Collaborate with vendor support for unresolved issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Provide L2 and L3 support for data‑related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to data analytics, warehousing, and science platforms.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and support processes.
  • Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Dev Ops
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, and related tools.
  • Automate deployment processes and monitor system performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve the software development lifecycle.
• System Administration
  • Manage and maintain server infrastructure.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Project POD experience (3‑5 years)
  • Data Analytics Pod
    • Use visualization tools such as SAP BO, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create reports.
    • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business‑value solutions.
  • Data Warehousing Pod
    • Design, develop, and maintain data‑warehousing solutions using Informatica, Snowflake, or Databricks.
    • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security.
    • Optimize storage and retrieval for performance.
  • Data Science Pod
    • Leverage Databricks or Dataiku to deploy AI/ML models.
    • Conduct advanced statistical analyses and experiments.
    • Integrate data‑science solutions into production.
• Secondary Skillsets
  • Project management tools: JIRA, Confluence.
  • Version control:
    Git Hub; artifact management:
    Artifactory.
  • Quality & security tools:
    Coverity, Black Duck, Foss Enterprise Service.
  • Containerization & orchestration:
    Open Shift, Kubernetes.
  • Relevant certifications in data analytics, warehousing, science, Dev Ops, or system administration.

• A bachelor's or master’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• A willingness and ability to travel 0‑25%.
• Valid driver’s license in the US.
• Valid passport.

• A degree in computer science, information systems, or related technology majors.
• Certification on any database management system, reporting or data visualization tool, or programming or statistical language.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off. Base salary range for US locations is $64,900 to $132,700, with higher ranges for certain metro areas. Other perks include flexible vacation, paid holidays, and wellness programs.
