Data Platform Technical PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead a major enterprise data modernization initiative.

Summary:

This role will partner closely with architecture, engineering, and business teams to drive planning, prioritization, and delivery of strategic data and analytics programs. The ideal candidate brings a blend of product ownership, technical leadership, and program execution experience within enterprise-scale environments. Responsibilities include managing product backlogs, coordinating multiple work streams, driving Agile execution, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Experience leading data platform transformations involving technologies such as Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and modern analytics/lakehouse architectures

* Strong communication skills and the ability to align business objectives with technical execution are critical

* Experience with cloud modernization, enterprise analytics platforms, and large-scale data migration efforts is highly preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
