Archdiocese of San Antonio – Pastoral Ministry Center is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide Level 1 support for hardware and software, manage user accounts, and contribute to IT knowledge articles. You will re-image computers and assist end users with technical requests.
The role requires 2+ years in helpdesk, experience with O365 and Windows 11, and a focus on timely, accurate issue resolution. This is a full-time, on-site position with occasional after-hours support as needed.
