Senior Network Engineer Security Clearance

Responsibilities

Lead the design, planning, and implementation of terrestrial network connectivity solutions, including inside plant components.

• Design, provision, and manage WAN circuits to support commercial internet access and organizational connectivity needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate network solutions into enterprise environments.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, configuration standards, and performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions to maintain high availability and performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network reliability, scalability, and security.

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in network engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Proven experience with WAN design, provisioning, and management.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network infrastructure best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
