Ability to Obtain Public Trust

• Design and implement responsive web pages and digital assets for the ACF CWIG platform.
• Collaborate with UX researchers, content strategists, and developers to translate user needs into intuitive web designs.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Support iterative design improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
• Maintain design consistency across the CWIG website and related digital properties.

• Bachelor’s degree. Additional Four (4) Years of experience is needed in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of experience in web design, preferably in a government or nonprofit setting.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience designing for accessibility and usability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

• Experience working on federal government contracts or child welfare programs.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Drupal, Word Press).
• Knowledge of front-end development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, React).
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant web design projects.

The annual salary range for this position is $61,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
