Clinical IS Analyst – Epic, Associate

Responsibilities

• Support patient‑facing Epic applications, enhancing the experience across ambulatory and dental workflows.
• Partner closely with clinical teams and operational stakeholders.
• Assist with build, testing, and implementation activities.
• Support patient experience initiatives in dental and ambulatory care.
• Contribute to projects that improve access, communication, and care coordination.
• Develop and maintain documentation, adhere to standards and workflows, and engage professionally with leadership and vendors.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Critical and analytical thinking proficiencies.
• Organizational management skills and ability to multitask.
• Basic project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (4 years of comparable experience may be substituted for a degree).
• Epic certification/proficiency in any module preferred.
• Epic certification must be maintained per Epic Corporation standards within 1.5 years of hire is preferred.
