Location & ClearanceJBSA Lackland, TX (situational telework)
Clearance: TS/SCI eligible
BA/BS in an intelligence, law enforcement, security, or related field (or an AA/AS plus an additional 4 years of work‑related experience)
Outcomes- Track and brief all assigned tasks, including status and comments.
- Develop digital continuity folders and files with standard operating procedures, workflows and POC lists.
- Create 2–3 products beyond client requirements that improve efficiency, effectiveness or innovation.
- Master position tasks within 60 days and exceed requirements within 90 days.
- Assist with case management, case analysis and workflow management.
- Provide off‑site technical intelligence and management support to JBSA requirements.
- Collaborate with other intelligence analysts and technology specialists.
- Develop actionable intelligence activities (e.g., counter insider threat analysis) across intelligence disciplines and domains.
- Produce intelligence reports in various formats for concise, succinct delivery.
- Develop expedited intelligence reports using advanced text and visual analytics.
- Adhere to EO 12333, DoD Manual 5240.01, DoDD 5148.13, DoD 5240.1‑R, Air Force Instruction 14‑104 and all other relevant DoD issuances and training requirements.
- Follow all Federal laws, DoD and DAF policies, regulations, directives and training requirements for counter‑intelligence and counter‑intelligence investigations.
- Use government‑provided Generative AI tools daily to accelerate tasks and recommend process improvements.
- Minimum of five (5) years of work‑related experience.
- At least four (4) years supporting a DoD component.
- Experience in technology research, case management, analysis management and workflow applications.
- Background in Law Enforcement, Counterintelligence, Personnel Security, and/or Intelligence Analysis.
- Experience in producing actionable information and research reports.
- Experience building briefings and presenting at varying leadership levels.
- Desired:
Knowledge of DoD/DAF Insider Threat policies, law enforcement, personnel security, cybersecurity, and investigative data management. - Desired:
Certifications such as CCITP‑F, CCITP‑A, Insider Threat Detection and Analysis Course, NITTF Hub Operations Course. - Desired:
Understanding of adjudicative processes and DITMAC reporting thresholds. - Desired:
Skill in applying Generative AI.
Travel:
Some travel may be involved, >10%.
