UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to improve customer journeys across auto sales, auto finance, or auto lending platforms. This role will focus on UX design, journey mapping, prototyping, compliance considerations, and cross-functional collaboration.

UX Design – at least 5 years Customer Journey Mapping Auto Retail Sales or Auto Lending UX

Strong UX design and journey-mapping experience

Experience with Miro, UXPressia, Lucidchart, or similar tools Ability to create journey maps, wireframes, workflows, and prototypes Portfolio showing clear UX design examples

Responsibilities

Analyze customer interactions with auto sales and finance systems Map current and future customer journeys Identify pain points and recommend UX improvements Create wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps Incorporate compliance requirements into designs Support a project launching in September Collaborate with cross-functional teams through delivery and testing Portfolio link required. Portfolios must include UX design examples.
