W-2 Pay Rates Target: $70/hr
Intake:
Seeking a Senior IT Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams supporting Supply Chain and Logistics technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving sprint execution, removing impediments, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Experience supporting logistics operations such as Marine, Rail, Trucking, Pipeline, Transportation Management, Supply Chain, or Distribution environments is strongly preferred. Candidates with prior project management responsibilities in addition to Scrum Master experience will be highly regarded.
Required Skills
- 7+ years Scrum Master experience
- Expert knowledge of Agile Scrum framework
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing Agile metrics and reporting
- Experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar Agile tools
- Ability to remove roadblocks and drive team accountability
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Supply Chain technology experience
- PMP, CSM, CSP, SAFe certifications
- Experience supporting large enterprise IT organizations
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles
- Track sprint commitments and delivery progress
- Identify and remove impediments impacting delivery
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
- Provide executive updates and Agile performance metrics
Recruiter Must-Have Screening Criteria
- Must have clear communication skills for working across teams and stakeholders. Good writing skills as well.
- Years serving as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Size and complexity of Agile teams supported.
- Logistics or Supply Chain project experience.
- Experience managing enterprise stakeholders and executives.
- Willingness to work in San Antonio, TX or Findlay, OH.
