Job Description
- An Agile Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple Agile teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.
- This role ensures alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, and execution teams while driving Agile best practices, program governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple Agile projects and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate program planning, PI planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Track program progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments.
- Drive Agile transformation and adoption of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor program metrics, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience with tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or Rally.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM, or CSP) preferred.
