• Provide engineering, architectural, and Tier 3/4 expertise to deliver compliant solutions for the MHS hybrid environment in support of application integration, application security, desktop engineering, and service monitoring functions.
• Engineer and maintain a standard framework for centrally deploying and supporting applications and systems within the DHA hybrid production environment, including monitoring frameworks used by other teams.
• Deliver and support enterprise management solutions, design and troubleshoot endpoint management tools on‑premise, in the cloud and SaaS, including packages for upgrades, transitions, and migration to Intune.
• Validate compliance with IA controls and cybersecurity best practices, perform risk analyses, ensure DISA STIG compliance, and maintain IA artifacts in eMASS.
• Design and develop desktop and OS image libraries, configuration items, task sequences, group policy objects, and applications for the MHS environment.
• Engineer mobile device delivery, upgrades, application validation, configuration, management, and security across on‑premise, cloud, and SaaS platforms.
• Engage in research and development of operating system–level software and embedded systems for diverse applications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET‑accredited or CAE‑designated institution.

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret (or above) clearance.

• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, GSEC).
• Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified:
  Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.

The likely salary range for this position is $88,000 – $113,785.
