Senior Voice Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client in San Antonio, TX is looking for a Senior Voice Administrator for a one year contract. This role work on a call routing platform modernization project.

Responsibilities:

* Telecommunications carrier coordination, including telephone number porting, service provisioning, and order management

* Microsoft Teams Calling support and experience with Teams-certified phones and user provisioning

* Coordinate AT&T telephone number porting activities, ensuring port requests are submitted, tracked, and completed successfully

* Support the POTS in a Box migration project by coordinating implementation schedules between internal teams, vendors, carriers, and business partners

* Schedule site implementations, confirm vendor arrival, monitor installation progress, and verify successful project completion

* Communicate implementation schedules, service impacts, and telephone number changes to business users and other stakeholders

* Assist with Microsoft Teams Calling operational support, including user requests, device deployments, and basic troubleshooting

* Coordinate installation, replacement, and deployment of Microsoft Teams-certified phones, with Audio Codes experience preferred

* Work through user reported issues on Teams Calling

REQUIREMENTS:

* Experience with Audio Codes Teams-certified phones, provisioning, and installation

* Experience supporting telecommunications implementation or migration projects

* Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Admin Center or similar telecommunications management platforms

* Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, documentation, vendor management, and customer communication

* Experience coordinating telecommunications implementations, number porting, or carrier provisioning activities

* Experience working directly with telecommunications carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum, Comcast, or Lumen

* Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Calling environments

* Experience installing or supporting Teams-certified phones (Audio Codes experience preferred)

* Experience coordinating vendors, implementation schedules, and customer communications

* Strong organizational, documentation, and project coordination skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams

The ideal candidate is highly organized, highly technical, customer-focused, and excels at coordinating telecommunications implementations involving multiple stakeholders. This individual is proactive, communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and takes ownership of project tasks from planning through completion. The Senior Voice Administrator should be comfortable working with telecommunications carriers, vendors, internal business units, and engineering teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
