Position: Linux System Administrator with Security Clearance

________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities:
* Provide implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support for IT systems.

* Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including problem identification, diagnosis, escalation, and resolution.

* Configure, administer, monitor, and maintain Linux operating systems.

* Support servers, storage, networks, mobile devices, and other IT infrastructure.

* Install, configure, patch, and troubleshoot operating systems and network components.

* Monitor system performance, optimize resource utilization, and support capacity planning.

* Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.

* Provide technical analysis and status updates to management and internal customers.

* Support hardware and dispatch system issues through resolution.

* Implement system enhancements to improve reliability, availability, and performance.

Required Skills:

* 10+ years of experience as a System Administrator supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

* Experience administering and troubleshooting Linux operating systems.

* Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and end-user systems.

* Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and effectively in a mission-focused environment.
Experience/

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
Five (5) additional years of System Administration experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
Ten (10) years of relevant System Administration experience is required. Clearance:
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
