Guidewire Configuration Technical Lead
Location:
San Antonio, TX - Onsite Duration: 6 months Requirement :
Pay Range: $45 - $49/hr
Role Description s- Must have extensive knowledge as a Guidewire Configuration Tech Lead, having knowledge on Guidewire Core configurations.
- Good to have ACE Certified in Guidewire Policy Center Configuration.
- Experience in implementing Guidewire Policy Center for a Tier 1 Insurer in US.
- Guidewire Cloud Experience is must.
- A minimum of 2 full life cycle Guidewire Policy Center implementation in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines.
- Hands on experience in either implementing a new Policy Center V10 in SaaS model or migrating an on-prem / self-managed Guidewire Policy Center implementation to SaaS model.
- Experience in design and development of PCFs, Business Rules, Data Models and Gunits.
- Experience in integrating Guidewire Policy Center with external custom portals.
- Experience in Guidewire's Cloud Data Access Platform.
- Experience in GOSU, REST services, message queues and batch process.
- Must have a strong P&C domain knowledge and experience in implementing various integration and digital technology implementation in multiple places.
- Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for Release Engineering, ensuring alignment with Guidewire's cloud and AI transformation priorities.
- Establish and optimize the path to production for all Guidewire applications and services, focusing on secure, scalable, and efficient delivery.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to release velocity, quality, and end-user satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to evolve Guidewire's agile development lifecycle, accelerating the delivery of capabilities for cloud hosting.
- Deliver robust test environments that empower the Guidewire community to build, test, and validate solutions with confidence.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to embed automation, Dev Ops, and best practices into release processes.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, innovative environment, championing continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Experience with sandbox environments, especially in cloud-based platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, services and APIs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and with senior executives.
- Keen judgment in analyzing sophisticated problems, making prioritization decisions, and providing clear direction to product teams.
- Designed and implemented CI/CD pipelines from the ground up using Jenkins, enabling seamless build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Managed Jenkins administration, including automation configuration and security. Created automated pipelines for JVM restarts, server space validation, and server health checks.
