Seeking a Business Process & Governance Engineer with 5–8+ years of experience in business process improvement, governance, compliance, or IT business analysis. The ideal candidate will design and implement governance frameworks, workflows, documentation, and training materials across Data, Information, and AI Governance initiatives. Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, driving process adoption, and translating business needs into practical solutions is required.
Candidates should be self-driven, analytical, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision. Experience in higher education, governance, compliance, or risk management is highly preferred.
