Client Support Specialist

This role is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of data received from clients and the CM group. The Client support Specialist will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring data is received promptly and is free of errors. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills to manage and resolve data-related issues.

• Data Monitoring and Analysis:
  Use established procedures to review, analyze, and format client data to ensure it meets company standards. This includes identifying and correcting errors, and generating and analyzing load and error reports.
• Client Communication:
  Proactively contact clients to request and solicit data files, ensuring timely submission based on company protocols. You will also communicate with CMs (Case Managers) and CM Analysts to resolve data issues and ensure smooth data flow.
• System Utilization:
  Learn and effectively use proprietary software, such as Columbia Ultimate Business Systems Collection software, to perform daily tasks, including data processing and error resolution.
• Issue Resolution & Reporting:
  Identify and report system, software, or process-related issues to management. This involves detailed observation and clear communication of the problem to ensure a quick resolution.
• General Duties:
  You may be assigned other tasks as needed to support the team and department goals.
