Senior UKG Business Analyst - UKG Implementation

Location: Remote from the USA (Must reside in CST or EST; 10% Travel to Canada and a valid passport are required)

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Planned extension to 18 months)

Are you an experienced UKG Business Analyst ready to jump into an implementation project with impact? We're looking for a hands-on expert who has worked across multiple full UKG (formerly Kronos) implementations, including post-go-live support. This is your chance to join a high-performing PMO team and make a tangible difference in HRIS/payroll transformation for a multi-site organization with upcoming UKG release support for Canadian operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead efforts in testing and implementation of UKG Pro Pay and UKG People Center
• Create and execute detailed test scripts for payroll/timekeeping
• Validate data sets and pay codes against legacy systems
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Assist with end-user training and documentation updates
• Partner with business users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot UKG-related issues

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 2 full-cycle UKG implementations
• Proficiency in UKG Pro, UKG WFM, and/or UKG Dimensions modules, including Payroll and Timekeeping
• Strong Excel skills for data validation and extraction
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for reporting or validation
• Experience in payroll testing, timekeeping validation, and working across the SDLC
• Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder-facing skills
• Knowledge of FLSA/overtime/payroll compliance
• Must be able to travel to Canada (valid passport required)
