Segra is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer in San Antonio, TX for a full-time, on-site role. You will install, provision, and test network equipment, including Ethernet routers, switches, firewalls, IADs, hosted phones, ONTs, and associated transport infrastructure.
The role requires hands-on experience with telecom gear (Cisco, Ciena) and a strong ability to troubleshoot DS1-100G, OTDR, and fiber-related tests. You will work with customers and service teams across the network domain.
