- Administer and optimize enterprise databases supporting cloud and on-premises workloads.
- Manage database backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Support hybrid infrastructure architectures integrating cloud and legacy systems.
- Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and resiliency testing.
- Develop automation for database operations and infrastructure management.
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST
- Candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
- Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- US Citizenship is contractually required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of FIVE (5) + years of overall work experience.
- Experience in database administration and infrastructure engineering experience.
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar database platforms.
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledge of backup, recovery, and high-availability architectures.
Demonstrates expertise in administering and optimizing enterprise databases, with a strong focus on cloud and on-premises workloads. Proficient in database backup, recovery, and high-availability architectures, ensuring robust infrastructure management and performance tuning.
