Senior Project Or Program Managers
We need:
Four positions for senior (10-15+ years) Project or Program Managers who is a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) SME. Candidates need to have lead technology integration initiatives across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud strategy, and enterprise systems. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, with at least 8 years focused on M&A technology integrations with proven experience managing cross-functional integration programs spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud strategy, contracting, and implementation and a strong understanding of IT governance, compliance frameworks, and data security standards.
Demonstrated success leading post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and network environments. This position is for Merger and Acquisitions subject matter experts, not one or two M&A projects.
