Job Description:

Responsibilities:

The Senior Digital Performance & Strategy Analyst will support the Digital Acquisition team by leveraging Adobe Analytics to enhance insights capabilities and meet member needs.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop analytical frameworks, translating data into actionable insights, and communicating findings to senior leaders to influence business strategy.

The position is pivotal in driving the effectiveness of digital products and strategies within the organization.

Collaborates with key stakeholders to identify key business assumptions and hypotheses around line of business strategy.

Continuously refines hypotheses and identifies business questions to explore further.

Facilitates the integration of the analytic strategy and business strategy.

Develops the analytical framework and blueprint to answer business questions identified in the business portfolio, product, or member experience.

Collaborates with key stakeholders to evaluate and uncover strategic insights related to Profit & Loss performance including Product Strategy, Pricing, Marketing, Sales, Credit Risk, Distribution Channels, and Member Experience.

Applies analytical rigor to define outcome measures, improve prioritization, increase agility in decision-making, and evaluate progress towards business outcomes and risks.

Leverages advanced data-driven problem-solving techniques to interpret business results.

Translates findings into insights for strategy management and execution.

Communicates the significance of strategic insights to senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive business decisions.

May provide guidance and on-the-job training to team members.

Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with policies.

Requirements:

Experience in identifying business needs and managing strategic plans driven by analysis and market insights.

Demonstrated ability to use data analytics to influence business decisions.

Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, Snowflake, SAS, Adobe Analytics).

Proven project management experience.

Skills in collaborating with stakeholders to develop and refine business hypotheses and strategies.

Ability to develop analytical frameworks to answer business questions.

Experience in evaluating and uncovering strategic insights related to Profit & Loss, Product Strategy, Pricing, Marketing, Sales, Credit Risk, Distribution, and Member Experience.

Strong analytical rigor to define outcome measures and evaluate risks.

Ability to interpret and communicate complex data findings effectively.

Potential to guide and train team members.

Knowledge of risk management and compliance policies.
