Security Operations Center Analyst

We are seeking a full-time SOC Tier 1 Analyst to join a 24x7 rotating shift team based on-site in San Antonio, TX.

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience in a SOC environment at Tier 1 level, ideally with some early exposure to Tier 2-style investigation work.
• Solid understanding of core SOC fundamentals: alert triage, log analysis, and the incident lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Service Now or a similar ITSM/ticketing platform.
• Practical experience with incident investigation and alert triage in a live production environment.
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) as part of a rotating schedule.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and clear written communication for documentation and handovers.
• A genuine appetite to grow technically and take on increasing responsibility as the role evolves.
