Title: IT Help Desk & Systems Support Specialist
Job Type: Part-Time
Key Responsibilities- Integrate and manage Microsoft Intune within cloud environment.
- Create and implement configuration profiles and compliance policies.
- Integrate Microsoft Defender for Endpoint across managed devices.
- Implement app protection policies to encrypt corporate data on unmanaged devices.
- Administer the Microsoft 365 environment end-to-end — provisioning, licensing, Teams/SharePoint/Exchange.
- Handle and manage user tickets (Tier 1/2 help desk).
- Manage IT inventory across laptops and peripherals.
- Image, configure, and deploy laptops to new and existing staff.
- Coordinate shipping and logistics for laptops and equipment to remote employees.
- Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Comfortable managing IT inventory, laptop imaging, and equipment logistics for a remote workforce.
- Comfortable supporting a federal contracting environment.
