Ability is partnering with a growing, established organization in San Antonio to identify a Senior Net Suite & ERP (Oracle/SAP) Administrator to play a key role in the administration, governance, and continued evolution of its enterprise business systems.

We're looking for a genuinely senior ERP professional who brings broad enterprise systems experience along with meaningful hands-on Net Suite administration expertise.

This is not simply a support or ticket-management role. You'll serve as a senior resource for complex ERP issues, system configuration, security and access controls, integrations, change management, and business process improvement. You'll work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams to make sure critical systems remain reliable, secure, and scalable as the organization continues to grow.

• Own administration and configuration across Net Suite and other ERP/business applications.
• Configure and manage roles, permissions, workflows, approvals, forms, fields, reporting structures, and other system functionality.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex ERP and business systems issues.
• Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Manage system security and access controls, including role design, permissions, and periodic access reviews.
• Support system controls and audit requirements, including documentation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage system changes through design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Support integrations between enterprise applications and partner with development resources when custom technical work is required.
• Support data imports, data quality, cleanup, and governance initiatives.
• Partner with developers and technical specialists on integrations, testing, debugging, and system enhancements.
• Help establish consistent ERP administration and configuration standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other systems administrators.

• Significant ERP/business systems experience, ideally 10+ years overall
  , with demonstrated senior or lead-level responsibility.
• Strong hands-on ERP administration experience within a complex business environment.
• Experience with another major ERP or enterprise platform. SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP experience is relevant, but no specific secondary platform is required.
• Strong experience with system configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, approvals, and security.
• Experience with access controls, change management, data integrity, and system governance.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience working in a large or complex enterprise environment.
• Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, or other relevant ERP certifications.
• Experience working across multiple ERP or enterprise business platforms.
• Familiarity with REST, SOAP, iPaaS, or similar integration technologies.
• Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency, or international operations.
• Experience with access reviews, audit requirements, or IT governance.
