The Senior ERP & Net Suite System Administrator will manage, configure, and continuously improve enterprise business systems, including Net Suite and ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle. This position serves as a senior escalation point for complex system issues and is responsible for system configuration, security, access controls, change management, integrations, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure ERP and Net Suite environments, including roles, permissions, workflows, forms, fields, approvals, custom records, and reporting.
- Manage system security, role design, permissions, and periodic user access reviews.
- Support IT audits by maintaining controls, preparing documentation, coordinating evidence, and managing access recertification.
- Oversee system changes from requirements and configuration through testing and production release.
- Configure and support standard system integrations while partnering with development teams on custom integrations.
- Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Establish administration standards, maintain system documentation, and mentor other system administrators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on ERP and/or Net Suite system administration experience. Advanced experience with Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP platforms; experience across multiple systems is preferred.
- Strong experience with system configuration, roles and permissions, workflows, approvals, access controls, change management, and data integrity.
- Experience translating business processes and requirements into effective system configurations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Relevant ERP, Net Suite, or system administration certifications are a plus.
