Information System Security Manager (ISSM)

** Overview*
* INFORMATION SYSTEM SECURITY MANAGER (CASBES):
Bowhead seeks an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support the upcoming Cloud Acceleration Services (CAS) Business Enterprise Systems (BES) located in Montgomery, AL. The ISSM will act as the primary cybersecurity technical advisor to the AO, PM, ISO, SCA, and PMO/CDT.

** Responsibilities*
* + Ensure cybersecurity is integrated throughout the lifecycle.
+ Maintain authorization documentation, oversee ISCM, and manage POA&Ms.
+ Coordinate remediation and reports security-relevant events.
+ Ensure ISSOs and privileged users meet training/certification requirements.

** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
+ Ten (10+) years cybersecurity experience; five (5+) years serving as ISSM or senior RMF lead for DoD systems; experience with ATO/ATC, eMASS, POA&M, SSP, ISCM, and AO/SCA coordination.
+ Certification: CISSP required/preferred;
Security+ required; CAP/CASP+/CISM acceptable alternatives depending final RFP. Must meet DCWF ISSM work role 722 at the required proficiency level.
+ Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

** Physical Demands:*
* + Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
+ Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
+ Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

** SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
** Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. Top Secret preferred. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
