• We’re seeking a Multimedia Technician to provide hand-on technical support for A/V systems, computers, printers, mobile devices, and collaboration technology.
• You’ll support meetings, corporate events, public outreach programs, and other high-visibility events while troubleshooting equipment and helping users get the most from their technology.

• Install, configure, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain audio/visual equipment, including projectors, mixers, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems, and live broadcasting encoders.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 on-site and remote support for computers, laptops, multifunction printers, scanners, plotters, phones, and handheld devices.
• Set up, operate, and break down A/V equipment for meetings, board sessions, corporate events, public outreach activities, and other internal or external events.
• Create troubleshooting procedures, technical documentation, and end-user training materials while identifying opportunities to improve support processes.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, relocation, maintenance, and vendor services, while participating in an on-call rotation for 24/7 support as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in the setup, support and maintenance of audio / visual equipment including LCD/LED TV's, projectors and PA Systems.
• 2+ years of experience in the setup, support and maintenance of multifunctional printers, scanners, and plotters.
• 2+ years of experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and email.

• Associate Degree.
• A+ Certification, Networking + Certification.
• Basic knowledge in the field of Audio / Visual.
• Basic Knowledge in the field of reprographics.
• Familiar with working in a tiered support structure organization.
• Ability to follow directions and analyze problems to deliver results.
• Basic knowledge of PC Networking concepts and terminology, with a familiarity of Windows Active Directory.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Valid Class C Texas Driver's License with favorable driving record.
