OutcomesThe successful candidate is expected to accomplish the following outcomes during the first year in the position:
- Formally track all tasks, to include assigned by, suspense, status, and comments on all assigned tasks through completion and be prepared to brief upon request.
- Develop digital continuity folders and files that include standard operating procedures, workflows and POC lists to accomplish all tasks.
- Create 2-3 products beyond the client’s requirements that positively impact the client to either increase efficiency, effectiveness, or innovation.
- Establish foundation in AI/ML skills and contribute to AI/ML operationalization and modernization goals and objectives.
- Master position tasks within 60 days and exceed requirements within 90 days.
- Use government provided Generative AI tools on a day-to-day basis to accelerate tasks, research, documentation, analysis, planning, reporting, and problem solving.
- Make recommendations on process improvements and practices that improve quality, speed and/or efficiency.
The Intelligence Program Analyst Case Management (Journeyman) provides Intelligence supports the Department of the Air Force, JBSA – Lackland, Counter Insider Threat (DAF C In T) Program, Case Management Team.
The contractor shall conduct intelligence research, prepare and present intelligence briefings, prepare intelligence assessments and studies, and prepare concise written reports.
Per PWS sections 1.3.5, Intelligence Support, and 1.3.6, Intelligence Oversight Compliance, specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with conducting case management, case management analysis, and workflow management.
- Provide off-site technical intelligence and management support to JBSA requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other intelligence analysts and technology specialists.
- Assist with the creation of actionable information activities intelligence (e.g., counter insider threat analysis) across the various intelligence disciplines/domains or scientific and technical intelligence; or, within the business, competitive, and market intelligence domains.
- Assist with producing intelligence reports in a variety of formats for concise, succinct, and clear delivery (RR #46).
- Assist with developing expedited intelligence reports by utilizing advanced text and visual analytics.
Adhere to the relevant provisions of EO 12333, as amended, DoD Manual 5240.01, DoDD 5148.13, DoD 5240.1-R, as amended (Proc 11-13), Air Force Instruction 14-104, and all other relevant DoW Intelligence issuances and training requirements applicable to intelligence, counterintelligence and intelligence related activities. - Use government provided Generative AI tools on a day-to-day basis to accelerate tasks, research, documentation, analysis, planning, reporting, and problem solving. Make recommendations on process improvements and practices that improve quality, speed and/or efficiency.
- Adhere to all relevant Federal laws, Department of War (DoW) and DAF policies, regulations, directives, issuances and training requirements regarding counterintelligence and counterintelligence investigations.
The candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of work-related experience.
- Of those 5 years, at least four (4) years of work-related experience supporting a component of the DoW.
- Experience assisting with research of technology, case management, analysis management, and workflow applications/capabilities.
- Experience in Law Enforcement, Counterintelligence, Personnel Security, and/or Intelligence Analysis career fields.
- Experience conducting case management utilizing different software applications.
- Experience documenting decision charts, processes, reports, and standard operating procedures.
- Experience building briefings and materials and presenting at varying levels of leadership, peers, and program stakeholders.
