Job Description

Join HII Mission Technologies as a Cyber Information Operations Planner (Strategic Planner 3-4) and play a pivotal role at the heart of U.S. Cyber Command. • Analyze adversary information environments and recommend tailored disruption or influence strategies
  • Coordinate with intelligence, planning, and targeting cells to refine IO objectives, effects, and assessment criteria
  • Lead IO‑focused wargames, red‑team exercises, and simulations to stress‑test plans and validate tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
  • Draft and deliver briefings, directives, and staff summaries for senior leaders and joint force commanders
  • Serve as the primary liaison to PSYOP and cyber exploitation units, both service and coalition, to facilitate cross‑domain integration
  • Monitor and report campaign effectiveness, incorporating lessons learned into iterative planning cycles
  • Mentor junior planners and contribute to professional development programs on IO doctrine and best practices
