Performance Testing Engineer

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $40.00hr - $45.00hr Requirement/Must Have: 10+ years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering. Strong expertise in Apache JMeter and enterprise-scale performance validation.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, or App Dynamics. Strong knowledge of Performance Engineering, Capacity Planning, SRE, Root Cause Analysis, and Performance Tuning in distributed and cloud-native environments. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or high-volume transaction systems is preferred. Responsibilities:
Design and lead performance testing strategy, frameworks, standards, and best practices across applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms. Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, volume, and capacity testing to ensure application reliability and performance. Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous performance monitoring and optimization. Analyze application, database, infrastructure, and network performance to identify bottlenecks and drive performance improvements.
