The Sr. Manager, Digital Solutions supports the advancement of a repeatable, enterprise-wide AI capability system across HOLT Group, helping translate business needs into practical AI solutions that drive measurable impact. This role serves as an enterprise resource across HOLT companies and functions, partnering with business leaders, IT, BI, operations, and continuous improvement teams to identify, prioritize, and execute high-value AI opportunities.
The position bridges strategy and execution—helping the organization move from experimentation to scalable adoption by contributing to the processes, tools, and standards that enable AI to be applied effectively and responsibly. Additionally, this role helps ensure AI is applied consistently across the organization while accelerating both innovation and operational performance. The Sr. Manager, Digital Solutions helps shape how HOLT leverages AI to empower people, accelerate innovation, and deliver business outcomes—while fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
