Our San Antonio site supports high-volume medical device assembly, delivering scalable manufacturing solutions with a focus on efficiency and quality.

As an IT Administrator, you will lead and support IT operations for your assigned site(s), providing technical leadership across system administration, networking, technical support, project management, and business analysis. You will drive IT projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with site leadership to optimize the strategic use of technology. In this role, you will help position the site to address future IT challenges by implementing scalable and reliable solutions aligned with business objectives, ensuring uninterrupted medical device manufacturing.

You will also work cross-functionally across the organization, building strong relationships and contributing to diverse initiatives. As part of the Viant IT team, you will embody the company’s values of integrity, accountability, and excellence, playing a key role in driving business success.

This position requires professional fluency in both English and Spanish, as the role regularly supports bilingual employees, leaders, and business operations across the Viant facilities in San Antonio, TX and Vega Baja, Puerto Rico.

• Provide support outside regular working hours to ensure ongoing IT Support and address urgent issues. when required to support business operations.
• Collaborate closely with site operations and business leaders to develop and uphold effective processes and procedures.
• Engage actively in company-wide and site-specific projects aimed at continuous improvement of processes.
• Provide administrative support and maintenance for Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, One Drive, Exchange, and SharePoint, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Oversee and maintain the Entra Admin and Active Directory environment, focusing on tasks such as user and group management, as well as implementing and managing security and group policies.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing workstations, laptops, peripherals, and site IT resources, including software, UPS systems, printers, and copiers.
• Track individual and site IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize efficiency in service support and delivery processes.
