Defines test methodology, test data needs, environment strategy, automation approach, traceability model, quality metrics, and readiness criteria to validate functional, technical, integration, security, and operational requirements.

What You Will DoDevelops the testing strategy and quality framework for FMBT interface solutions. Defines test methodology, test data needs, environment strategy, automation approach, traceability model, quality metrics, and readiness criteria to validate functional, technical, integration, security, and operational requirements.
What You Will Need- 8+ years of software testing experience, including experience defining enterprise test strategies or leading complex test programs
- Experience establishing test plans, test cases, test data approaches, quality metrics, and requirements traceability
- Experience validating interfaces, integrations, APIs, data exchanges, and end-to-end business processes
- Experience coordinating system testing, integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and defect management
- Experience ensuring test evidence supports code coverage, test coverage, and requirements traceability expectations
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA access
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
- Experience supporting Federal IT programs preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise application implementations preferred
- Experience using Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Agility, Git Hub, or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders
- Momentum Financials/iFAMS or federal ERP testing experience preferred
- ISTQB, CSTE, SAFe, or comparable testing/Agile certification
- Experience with test automation strategy and CI/CD quality gates
The annual salary range for this position is $86,500.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
