IT Systems Analyst II​/III; Change Management Change Manager

In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, perform Service Transition Coordination.

• Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the product design and function and prepares documentation necessary for change.
• Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting.
• Reviews released engineering change data and change documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.
• Receives calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change process and incident resolution.
• Processes, reviews, categorizes, documents and works with stakeholders to ensure high-visibility Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed through the system in a timely manner.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree, or 2-4 years of related experience.
• Required:
  
  IAT II – CySA+, Security+, CCNA – Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher.
• Required:
  
  ITIL v4 Foundation.
• Desired: ITIL v4 Specialist – Create, Deliver, Support and/or ITIL v4 Strategist – Direct, Plan, and Improve.
• Required:
  
  TS/SCI clearance.
• Day Shift. This is a 24/7/365 mission and extended hours/days may be required.
