As a Strategic Implementation Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our team, leading the deployment of our SaaS solution for our largest and most complex accounts. You will lead the technical integration between third-party vendors and Daily Pay, managing the entire implementation lifecycle from pre-sales to go-live. Success in this role requires a blend of strong discovery skills, technical proficiency, and the confidence to navigate C‑Suite relationships while balancing granular project details with the bigger picture.

• Lead Strategic Integrations:
  Direct the technical aspects of Daily Pay integrations for our most high-profile, strategic customers.

• Execute Deep Discovery:
  Perform comprehensive discovery sessions and build robust documentation to capture complex implementation requirements.

• Design Unique Technical Solutions:
  Conduct technical research to provide bespoke solutions for intricate and non-standard customer integrations.

• Support Strategic Sales:
  Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to assist with high-level pre-sales discussions and technical scoping.

• Mitigate Complex Risks:
  Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless delivery for high-stakes accounts.

• Influence Product Development:
  Suggest new features and functionality based on implementation experience and direct feedback from our largest customers.

• Master Internal Processes:
  Become a specialist in our product suite, configuration options, and internal workflows to ensure technical excellence.

• Ensure Seamless Handoffs:
  Coordinate closely with Operations and Support teams to transition implementation details and nuances during the post-launch handoff.

• Extensive SaaS Expertise: 6+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, ideally within early-stage products, markets, or rapidly growing companies.

• High-Stakes Relationship Management:
  Proven ability to manage demanding strategic accounts and influence both operational and C‑level stakeholders.

• Advanced Technical Proficiency:
  Hands‑on experience with sFTP automation and API builds, including log review, troubleshooting, and data validation.

• Quality Assurance Leadership:
  Demonstrated experience leading unit testing, UAT, and complex data validation processes to ensure system integrity.

• Strategic Communication:
  Excellent written and presentation skills, with the capacity to manage priorities and remain flexible in a changing environment.

• System Knowledge (Nice to Haves):
  Working proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; experience with Dell Boomi or HCM, Payroll, and Time Management systems is preferred.
