Job Summary and Description
Servesas a liaison between functional areas and the Student Success Systems department to evaluate business needs and recommend process improvements.

Analyzes data and workflows to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that enhance operational effectiveness. Supports data integrity and reporting efforts, validates system updates, and ensures solutions align with institutional goals. Collaborates with subject matter experts, technical teams,and vendors to implement enhancements that improve efficiency and the overall user experience.
Reportsto the Student Success Systems Director.

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree. An associate in applied science degree with a major in computer information systems (CIS) (or educational equivalent), management information systems (MIS) or a closely related field plus four years of experience as an applications programmer or analyst may be substituted for the required bachelor’s degree.
• Three years of professional work experience with industry standard systems in Higher Education.

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
• Experience in data manipulation, developing
  
  Student reports, and /or working in a higher education environment.
• One or more years of project management experience.
• Five or more years of experience in Higher Education Systems.

Licenses and

Certifications:

• Must have a valid driver license and be insurable through the organization’s insurers.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
