Supports and maintains the Facilities Management System (FMS), in addition to other systems supported bythe Facilities team. Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity,testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Supports facility system upgrades, patches, testing,and other technical projects as assigned.

Reports to the District Facilities Management Department.

• Bachelor'sdegree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and trainingthat equates to the required degree.
• Three yearsof relevant experience in facilities management systems, CMMS/EAMadministration, or a related technical field.

• Five years of relevant experience.
• Experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management or facility management systems, including configuration, workflow design, and reporting.
• Experience indata manipulation, developing facilities/operations reports, and/orworking in a higher education or public sector environment.
• One or moreyears of project management experience.
• Systems implementation experience, preferably Maximo or equivalent CMMS/EAMplatform.

• Must have avalid driver license and be insurable through the organization'sinsurers.
• IBM Maximocertification or equivalent CMMS/EAM certification preferred.
