Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation division. This role will support the Siemens Inverter and Energy Storage product portfolio, specifically Central Inverter and KACO 3‑phase String inverter products.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via phone, e‑mail, and web for our Central Inverter and KACO 3‑phase string inverter portfolio.
- Handle support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow‑ups completed in a timely manner.
- Use fault isolation and root‑cause analysis to diagnose and address complex technical issues.
- Build a positive customer experience by collaborating closely with Development, Sales and Quality Assurance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Lead high‑level customer resolution by orchestrating interactions across engineering, R&D, project management, sales, manufacturing and other departments.
- Work with factories and quality teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Improve departmental processes by reviewing best practices and identifying efficiency enhancements.
- Provide frequent updates to all stakeholders during corrective actions for the customer.
- Collaborate with field service teams and vendors to align on materials and methods of correction.
- Own resolution of customer issues cost‑effectively and ensure visibility of after‑delivery cost reduction for Siemens.
- Travel up to 40% to meet high‑profile customers and maintain positive relations.
- 3+ years’ experience working in energy storage, solar, or utilities.
- Project Management skills with excellent business acumen.
- High‑level computer skills (SAP and/or Salesforce experience a plus).
- Strong verbal skills to aid in customer communications.
- Strong leadership skills to bring multiple teams together for resolution of complex customer issues.
Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits. Pay range is $61,547 – $105,509 annually (actual wage may vary based on budget and candidate experience).
