Construction; Litigation Associate - San Antonio, TX

Position Overview

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a litigation attorney with 1-3 years of experience for its construction practice group in San Antonio, Texas. Familiarity with construction litigation is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have the following experience: trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience; strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. Successful candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to learn new areas of law.

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $150,000 - $160,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
