Must be a Texas-licensed attorney, have federal court admissions, and bring 10+ years of trademark litigation experience.

Our client is a well-established law firm with an active litigation practice and a need for a seasoned trademark litigator to take ownership of meaningful matters. They value lawyers who are prepared, practical, and confident in court, and they are moving quickly to hire.

• Manage and lead trademark litigation matters from strategy through resolution
• Handle cases in federal court, including drafting and arguing motions
• Develop case strategy, assess risk, and advise clients on litigation posture and outcomes
• Conduct written discovery, manage document production, and prepare discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions, including party and third-party witnesses
• Work with experts and prepare expert discovery where applicable
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Draft dispositive motions, briefs, and other substantive filings
• Collaborate with internal teams and support staff to drive cases forward efficiently
• Maintain clear, timely client communication and produce high-quality work product

• Active Texas Bar license required
• Federal court admissions required
• 10+ years of trademark litigation experience
• Strong motion practice and brief writing skills
• Deposition experience and comfort handling complex discovery
• Strong judgment, client communication, and case ownership mindset
• Trial experience is a plus

• Base salary up to $200K depending on experience
