Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year

This is a large, Texas-based trial firm with more than three decades of experience handling high-stakes civil litigation nationwide. Traditionally focused on personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and medical malpractice matters, the firm has built substantial trial capacity, litigation infrastructure, and a client-driven practice model.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced Trademark Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to on complex and high-stakes trademark litigation cases. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing an extensive case load, developing case strategies, and representing clients in court. This position requires a deep understanding of trademark law, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Representing clients in all phases of trademark litigation, from initial case evaluation to final resolution.
• Conducting thorough and detailed investigations, research, and analysis related to trademark disputes.
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Advising clients on their rights, potential liabilities, and possible strategies related to trademark disputes.
• Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the efficient and effective management of cases.
• Staying updated on current developments in trademark law and using this knowledge to benefit our clients and improve our legal services.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in trademark litigation, preferably representing plaintiffs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of trademark law, including the Lanham Act, the Madrid Protocol, and other relevant statutes and regulations.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a large caseload and work effectively under pressure.
