A well established boutique firm of 4 attorneys is adding a Litigation Attorney who wants meaningful courtroom exposure. This firm does not build a practice around quick settlements. They prepare cases for trial. You will not sit on the sidelines.

• Active trial docket
• Direct access to partners

• Handle first and third party litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in hearings and trial proceedings
• Work closely with senior attorneys on trial strategy

• 2 to 6 years of litigation experience
• Deposition experience required
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
• Spanish speaking a strong plus
