This is a full-time, on-site Corporate/Transactional Attorney position based in San Antonio, TX. The role involves providing legal counsel on corporate and transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and agreements. The attorney will support clients with entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will serve as a legal resource for businesses, facilitating strategic decision-making and protecting client interests.
Responsibilities also include collaborating with team members to provide top-notch legal solutions within committed timelines.
- Strong expertise in corporate law and transactional matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance.
- Experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Skills in entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic deal structuring.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills to address complex business legal issues.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Admission to the Texas State Bar and a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Prior experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department is required.
